Who can be a GUSSA Campus Rep?
College students in the United States who are 18 or older and have an active .edu email address. You confirm the address with a code we send to it, so use the school inbox you actually check.
What does a Campus Rep do?
You take GUSSA to the food spots around campus — wing places first, then pizza, tacos and wherever your campus eats late — and get it in front of the people who run them. When a spot wants to try it, you tell us and we ship it a free sample pack. You bring GUSSA to your clubs and events, and you share how you GUSSA with #HowDoYouGussa.
Does it cost me anything?
No. Your starter kit is free, the sample packs for your spots are free, and we pay the shipping. You never buy stock or handle money: spots order from GUSSA directly, and we invoice them and ship to them.
How does the commission work?
When a shop you brought in orders from GUSSA and then orders again, you earn a commission. We confirm the amount in writing when you're accepted. An order counts once the shop has paid for it, and a shop's commission is fixed on the day of its first order. Before your first payment we'll ask for a W-9, the standard IRS form for independent contractors.
What do reps get?
A free starter kit of GUSSA and swag, free sample packs for the spots you bring in, a commission when they reorder, and your own link and QR code. Every visit and every click to buy through your link is counted toward you.
What does a spot get?
A free sample pack, shipped to them with a note that you sent it. If they want GUSSA on the table or the menu, they order from us directly and we ship to them.
Do I need a big following?
No. We ask about your accounts, but the spots you know and the groups you're part of matter more. The most useful thing you can tell us is where GUSSA belongs near your campus.
Is this a job?
No. Campus Reps are independent: you're not employed by GUSSA, and you decide how much time to give. Commission is paid to you as an independent contractor.
What do I have to say when I post?
When you post about GUSSA as a rep, say you're a partner by adding #ad or #GUSSApartner. The FTC requires it, and it keeps people's trust.
