These terms govern your use of gussa.com, the GUSSA brand website. By using the site you agree to them. Purchases are not made on this site: buying GUSSA on Amazon is governed by Amazon's terms, and buying from the GUSSA India store is governed by that store's terms.

What this site is

gussa.com provides information about GUSSA products, links to places they are sold, recipes, and forms for joining notification lists and contacting GUSSA about retail and food-service partnerships.

Product information

We work to keep product claims, ingredient statements and availability accurate and current. The label on the bottle you buy is authoritative; if anything on this site and the label differ, the label governs. Always read the label, particularly for allergens. Availability by country and price are set by the retailers linked from this site and may change without notice.

Recipes

Recipes are offered as a starting point. Where a recipe has been cooked by a member of the GUSSA team, the page says so. You are responsible for safe food handling and for adapting recipes to your own dietary needs.

Notification lists and inquiries

When you give us an email address you confirm it is yours and agree to receive the specific message you asked for. Trade inquiries must be submitted on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. We may decline any inquiry.

Intellectual property

GUSSA, the GUSSA wordmark, the character artwork and the packaging designs are trademarks and copyrighted works of GUSSA. Site content may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Retailers and press may request brand assets at support@gussa.com.

Links to Amazon, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Acceptable use

Do not use automated tools to submit forms, scrape the site at volume, or attempt to access non-public areas. We may block traffic that does.
