These terms govern your use of gussa.com, the GUSSA brand website. By using the site you agree to them. Purchases are not made on this site: buying GUSSA on Amazon is governed by Amazon's terms, and buying from the GUSSA India store is governed by that store's terms.

What this site is

gussa.com provides information about GUSSA products, links to places they are sold, recipes, forms for joining notification lists and contacting GUSSA about retail and food-service partnerships, and applications for the Campus Rep program.

Product information

We work to keep product claims, ingredient statements and availability accurate and current. The label on the bottle you buy is authoritative; if anything on this site and the label differ, the label governs. Always read the label, particularly for allergens. Availability by country and price are set by the retailers linked from this site and may change without notice.

Recipes

Recipes are offered as a starting point. Where a recipe has been cooked by a member of the GUSSA team, the page says so. You are responsible for safe food handling and for adapting recipes to your own dietary needs.

Notification lists and inquiries

When you give us an email address you confirm it is yours and agree to receive the specific message you asked for. Trade inquiries must be submitted on behalf of a business you are authorised to represent. We may decline any inquiry.

Campus Reps

These terms apply if you apply to, or take part in, the GUSSA Campus Rep program at /campus.

• Who can apply. You must be 18 or older, enrolled at a college or university in the United States, and applying from a .edu email address that is yours and active. One application per email address. Applying does not guarantee a place; GUSSA decides who becomes a rep and may decline or waitlist any application.
• You're independent. Being a Campus Rep does not make you an employee, agent or partner of GUSSA. GUSSA pays you only the commission described here. You can't make commitments, sign agreements or set prices on GUSSA's behalf, including with the food spots you visit: GUSSA sets each spot's prices and terms and deals with the spot directly. Follow your school's rules on promoting and soliciting on campus.
• Your starter kit and spot samples. When you're accepted, GUSSA sends you a starter kit at no cost; it's yours to keep. When a food spot wants to try GUSSA, GUSSA may ship it a sample pack at no cost, addressed to the spot. GUSSA decides which spots get samples and may limit how many it sends for each rep. Kit and sample product is for tasting and promotion: don't sell it.
• Commission. Spots order from GUSSA directly; nothing is sold or charged on gussa.com, and you never buy or resell product. When GUSSA credits a spot to you and that spot places paid orders with GUSSA, you earn the commission shown on /campus on the day of the spot's first order. That commission stays fixed for the spot even if the program changes later. Only paid orders count, measured on the product total before tax and shipping; refunded orders don't count. One rep is credited per spot, and if more than one rep brings in the same spot, GUSSA decides who is credited. GUSSA pays earned commission by a method agreed with you, and will ask for a completed IRS Form W-9 before the first payment. You're responsible for taxes on what you earn.
• What you say about GUSSA. Stick to what's on the label and on gussa.com. Don't make health, nutrition or allergen claims of your own, and don't promise availability, prices or deals GUSSA hasn't confirmed.
• Say you're a rep. Whenever you post or talk about GUSSA as a rep, make the connection clear, for example with #ad or #GUSSApartner in the post itself (not only in your bio). US law, including the Federal Trade Commission's rules on endorsements, requires it, even when all you received was a free kit.
• Using the brand. While you are a rep, you may use the GUSSA name, logo and the materials we give you to promote GUSSA, without altering them. Don't create accounts, websites or paid ads in GUSSA's name, or present yourself as speaking for the company, without written permission.
• Your link. Your rep link and QR code count visits, Buy clicks and signups that come through them, as described in our privacy policy. The counts help GUSSA run the program; commission is earned only on spots' paid orders, as described above.
• Ending it. You can stop being a rep at any time by telling us. GUSSA can end your participation and switch off your link at any time, including if these terms aren't followed. Your starter kit stays yours. Commission on orders spots placed before your participation ended is still paid, unless it ended because these terms weren't followed.

Intellectual property

GUSSA, the GUSSA wordmark, the character artwork and the packaging designs are trademarks and copyrighted works of GUSSA. Site content may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Retailers and press may request brand assets at support@gussa.com.

Third-party links

Links to Amazon, Shopify, Instagram, Facebook and other third parties are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Acceptable use

Do not use automated tools to submit forms, scrape the site at volume, or attempt to access non-public areas. We may block traffic that does.

Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, GUSSA disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the site and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
