GUSSA Chili Garlic Noodles

Sliced garlic fried pale gold, GUSSA and soy bubbled into a sauce, noodles tossed until glossy. A fried egg on top if you have one.

Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) dried noodles (ramen, udon or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) GUSSA
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 scallions, sliced
- Crushed peanuts
- 1 fried egg per person (optional)
Method
- Cook the noodles. Reserve 1/4 cup of the water, then drain.
- Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the garlic until pale gold, 1 to 2 minutes. Do not let it brown.
- Add GUSSA, soy sauce, vinegar and a splash of the noodle water. Bubble 30 seconds.
- Add the noodles and toss until coated and glossy.
- Sesame oil off the heat. Scallions, peanuts, and the egg on top.
